The Sennheiser EK 2000-IEM is a wireless bodypack receiver for in-ear monitoring compatible with 2000 Series wireless transmitters. Combined with the included IE 4 earphones, it delivers reliable, professional-quality stereo audio for the rough-and-tumble world of everyday stage life.
The EK 2000-IEM utilizes adaptive-diversity technology, along with the earphone cable as a second antenna to greatly reduce and eliminate drop-outs. The receiver also features proprietary HDX compander technology, which provides crystal-clear monitoring your live performance.
Setup is a cinch with the frequency-scan function that automatically finds clean frequencies at your location and wireless synchronization of receiver parameters from the transmitter. You also get a Hi Boost function, an adjustable limiter, stereo/focus mode, and selectable balance. The user-friendly menu interface with a backlit graphic display, which includes a 4-stage battery status indicator. An auto-lock feature prevents unwanted tampering of your settings.
The compact and rugged EK 2000-IEM features an all-metal design that's comfortable for performers and presenters to wear over extended periods. It operates up to 6 hours on two AA batteries.
